Your KINECT™ Custom Wellness Events comes with individual sets of KINECT™ KIT for attendees so that they can learn simple techniques and body mechanics to locate and relieve pain points.

Angie will guide how to locate and release their pain points from head to toe:

• Learning about the most common trigger points on their body and how to safely apply pressure using the technique Angie applies to her clients, incorporating breath, self awareness and control in slow moving motions, delivering quick relief.
• Learn to rely on their own ability to connect and be in tune with their bodies.
• Developing a skillful approach on recovery and self soothing practices in the long run.
• Instant gratification and hope in knowing that they can become more involved in their own healing.
