Spinal Flow Technique
How It Works
Fascia is recognized as the largest sensory organ of the body. It is a network of connective tissue that surrounds and penetrates every cell, organ, bone, muscle, nerve, artery, and vein. Fascia has many biological and mechanical functions, including:
- Creating the body's architecture (posture) and physiology
- Supporting, cushioning, and wrapping everything inside the body
- Maintaining and establishing communication, interaction, and interconnection between different parts of the body (including emotions held in the tissues such as physical or emotional traumatic events)
At the core of Spinal Flow Technique are the seven gateways of the spine, each intricately connected to different parts of your body. These gateways, often referred to as chakras, can become blocked due to stress, manifesting as pain, illness, or disease in related areas.
