Information we collect

We collect the information you submit to Myo Evolution: names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, preferred dates, service addresses and optional company details for group events.

For bookings, classes and waitlists, we collect your selected service, date, time, practitioner or call preference, areas of focus, goals, notes, how you found us, and your policy and text-message consent choices.

For purchases, we collect product or package choices, quantity, buyer contact details, and any gift recipient name, email and message you provide. We receive order, payment and delivery details from checkout, including a shipping address when shipping is required.

We collect an email address for newsletter and notification sign-ups. Our intake questionnaire is currently unavailable for submission; its fields cover contact details, date of birth, physical concerns, medical and family history, medications, allergies, work and lifestyle information, consent choices and a typed signature.

How we use and share information

We use Supabase to store client, booking, order, consent and email records so our team can respond to requests, arrange sessions, manage purchases and keep records of our communications.

We use Stripe for online checkout and card setup, and Square for linked booking and payment services and configured booking synchronization. These services receive the contact, booking or order details needed for those functions; we store payment references and status to manage your booking or purchase.

When calendar synchronization is configured, we send appointment details, names, email addresses and phone numbers to Google Calendar to manage our schedule. For a Zoom Discovery Call, we include the configured Zoom meeting link in your booking communications.

We use Resend for email, with Gmail SMTP as a fallback when the transactional Resend service is not configured. We send contact details and relevant message, booking or purchase information to deliver replies, confirmations, reminders and email updates, including notifications to our team.

Our financing links take you to Cherry, and our marketing pages can load Cherry financing widgets and Google Fonts. Our home page embeds Google Maps for directions; loading these services connects your browser to their servers.

Website activity and spam checks

We use form timing, a hidden spam-check field and IP addresses to screen submissions. When Cloudflare Turnstile is configured, we send its verification token and your IP address to Cloudflare for verification.

We record recognized booking campaign sources, the booking page path and the referring website’s hostname. We use a referral cookie to connect referral visits with bookings, orders and packages.

Your choices and requests

We do not sell personal data.
