The Kinect Method uses a combination of self massage modalities such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and active release techniques that exceeds the efficacy of traditional foam rolling by targeting trigger points with our own massage ball set.

This approach will increase mobility, circulation, ease tension, induce relaxation and improve nervous system regulation. Groups of up to 6 per class and private sessions available. 90 min sessions allow you to receive a massage while learning a new skill on self care, stress management and pain relief which is why The Kinect Method is all the rave (check our reviews on ClassPass!)

Moreover, our approach incorporates innovative tools like foam rollers and trigger point balls, offering gains in flexibility comparable to traditional stretching methods, but with added benefits such as deeper physical-emotional awareness and tissue release.
