The Kinect Method targets muscles precisely, through intentional controlled movement and breath, significantly mitigating the risks of injuries often associated with activities like yoga, CrossFit, and sports. With insights drawn from research and real-world statistics, we understand the importance of injury prevention.

Research has shown that practicing yoga incorrectly can lead to serious muscle strain, torn ligaments, and other injuries, as highlighted by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, which reported over 34,000 yoga-related injuries in 2019 alone. Moreover, our approach incorporates innovative tools like foam rollers and trigger point balls, offering gains in flexibility comparable to traditional stretching methods, but with added benefits such as deeper physical-emotional awareness and tissue release.

By seamlessly blending modern techniques with time-honored wisdom, The Kinect Method empowers individuals to move with confidence, fostering a healthier and more balanced lifestyle while minimizing the risk of injury.

The Kinect Method classes are two fold: direct to consumer classes and creating more Kinect Method practitioners through our certification program. Our certified Kinect Method Practitioners are trained to facilitate classes and workshops in the workplace or wellness event. For our certification program, Angie and Kinect Method practitioners will train other health professionals, teams or instructors so other companies can incorporate The Kinect Method to compliment and enhance their current business, programs or offerings.
