Massage Classes with Angie Wong being offered NOW!   

After 21 years of being one of the top myofascial release specialists in LA, the time has come where my career takes another direction in the form of classes based on my own clients' questions and requests.

My clients after I massage them typically ask: What can I do for this (insert body part)? How can I improve my mobility/pain? Who massages you?

Instead of telling you, let me show you through these courses. You’ll develop your own custom go-to personal self care rituals and routines solo, or partnered up. The current classes are described below.

Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Massage Balls

Using a variety of trigger point massage balls, Angie will guide the students on how to locate and release their pain points from head to toe.

• Learning about the most common trigger points on their body and how to safely apply pressure using the technique Angie applies to her clients, incorporating breath, self awareness and control in slow moving motions, delivering quick relief. 
• Students will learn to rely on their own ability to connect and be in tune with their bodies.
• Developing a skillful approach on recovery and self soothing practices in the long run.
• Students typically will experience instant gratification and hope in knowing that they can become more involved in their own healing. 

Important Details: 

Sessions will require a one time purchase of the massage ball set, unless you have something similar. Set will include: a 5” sphere, a single lacrosse ball, a single peanut lacrosse ball, a multi pointed tool and a carrying bag.

$60 with massage ball set purchase and $35 without set.
